Olivia May


Olivia works in the Retail practice with a particular focus on developing winning strategies and game-changing customer propositions for apparel businesses and digital native brands.

Olivia has over 10 years of experience working closely and collaboratively with retailers and brands to both develop customer-centric strategies, and help put them into action in a way that transforms and future-proofs client businesses. Her passion for fashion is evident in considerable experience across the apparel, footwear and jewellery sectors including the full spectrum of strategy setting, proposition development, customer experience and operating model design. Olivia also works extensively with our PE partners to diligence apparel businesses and digital native consumer brands.

From a personal perspective, Olivia is passionate about improving the representation of female senior leaders both at OC&C, and across our client sectors; and particularly supporting women in their return to work after starting a family.
