We're pleased to congratulate The Equity Club on their recent agreement with Three Hills Capital Partners to invest in La Bottega Group, an Italian company operating in amenities services for luxury hospitality. OC&C provided vendor support to the deal.

Founded in 1981, La Bottega has emerged as a distinguished Hospitality Curator, offering premium, licensed amenities such as cosmetics, accessories, and textiles in the luxury hospitality market. Through licensing agreements with exclusive brands such as Diptyque, Etro and Santa Maria Novella, the group supplies more than 180 million cosmetics to more than 5,000 luxury hotels worldwide with complimentary luxury items such as slippers, dressing gowns and more.

Headquartered outside Senigallia, Italy, La Bottega operates across several well-established subsidiaries across key regions, including the US, APAC, and Europe.
